Shipping Policy
We currently deliver orders all over India. If for any unforeseen reason we are unable to deliver the order to your city, we will notify you of the same prior to us confirming your order.
Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days after order being placed on our Website. The final delivery of the order will vary based on the order destination and mode of shipment. Under normal circumstance it takes 3-5 business days. Products are not shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
Under current covid situation we are working with limited workforce and are currently taking up to 7 days to process the orders. We thank you for your patience & understanding during these difficult times.
A nominal charge of Rs. 60/-(Flat rate shipping) will be levied on all order .
Cash on Delivery charges of Rs. 50 will be charged for Cash on Delivery orders.
You can track the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date/time in the website of the shipping provider and entering the tracking details provided by us in the e-mail confirmation.
You can cancel your order within 24 hrs of order placed. Once the order has been sent for processing/shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations. For cancellation of order you can directly call at the contact no provided in the website/ send us an email/ send us a whatsapp message.
Return/Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged/defective on arrival.
You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 72 hours of receipt of the product, in order to receive the replacement/refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please send us an e-mail / whatsapp or call at the contact no provided in the website with picture of the damaged defective product prior to any order return request.
We will initiate a refund once we receive the damaged product and examine the nature and extent of damage. Upon physical verification, if the claim is found valid, we will either replace the product (if similar product is available) or offer you a full refund via by NEFT transfer to your bank account or through your original mode of payment.
We will process the refund within 7 business days of satisfactorily receiving the product at our facility. This does not include the time your bank will take to reflect the refund in your account
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case of size issues there is no replacement.
